Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders using USPS and other reliable carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s hands.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly noted on our website when available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The Red Stitch is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your package appears to be missing in transit, please reach out to us at [your email address] and we will gladly assist you in filing a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. The Red Stitch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

International Shipping

At this time, The Red Stitch ships within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us.
